Bower To Represent Frostburg At NCAA Career In Sports Forum

FROSTBURG, Md. – Three-sport student-athlete Jen Bower will represent Frostburg State University at the NCAA Career in Sports Forum that will be held in Indianapolis from June 8-11. Bower is one of nearly 300 student-athletes from Divisions I, II and III that were invited by the NCAA to attend the forum.

Men's Basketball | 6.3.13

Top 10: No. 10 - Men's Basketball vs. Salisbury

FROSTBURG, Md. - A last-second buzzer beater against a rival doesn't get any more exciting. The only problem, the buzzer beater handed the Frostburg men's basketball team a 71-70 overtime loss to in-state rival Salisbury. However, the game featured plenty of excitement and opens the countdown at No. 10.

2010-11 CAC Championship

The Bobcat volleyball and baseball teams captured CAC Championships in 2010-11 ... FSU's first year as a member of the CAC.

All-American 1

Frostburg State Athletics has had at least one All-American every year since 1974.

NCAA Tournament VB 2

The Bobcat volleyball team has advanced to the NCAA Tournament four-straight years from 2007-2010.

Hall of Fame 1

FSU inducted five new members into its Hall of Fame in 2012. The group accounted for more than 25 All-American honors, five National Championships and over 10 school records.

All-American 2

Bobcat student-athletes have collected 36 All-American awards since 2000.

The Frostburg State volleyball program has made 10 trips to the NCAA Tournament since becoming a varsity sport in 1994 (18 years).

The Bobcat women's soccer team has appeared in the NCAA Tournament seven times since 2001, including a run of five-consecutive seasons from 2001-05.
