Cavallo Brings Home AMCC Men's Soccer Goalkeeper of the Week Honor

Stephen Cavallo (Charlotte, N.C./East Lincoln) took home the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference Men's Soccer Goalkeeper of the Week honors for his eight saves and two wins this past week.
Cavallo helped FSU (12-6-1, 7-3) defeat AMCC opponents Franciscan, 2-1, and La Roche, 6-1, and improve its winning streak to eight games.
Cavallo posted seven saves against Franciscan to finish out regual season play for the Bobcats and added his eighth save of the week in the win over La Roche in the first round of the AMCC tournament.
FSU looks to continue its success as it travels to Buffalo, N.Y. to take on Medaille in the semi-finals round of the AMCC tournament on Wednesday, Nov. 4 at 5:30 pm.
