ABILENE, Texas - Former Frostburg State wide receiver/tight end Fred Howze is keeping the Abilene Ruff Riders in the mix of the Indoor Football League playoffs. The former All-Atlantic Central Football Conference standout is leading the team in receptions, yards and touchdowns in just his first year with the team.
