Procida Named to Jewish Sports Review All-American Team

LOS ANGELES, Calif. - Frostburg State junior defender
Davia Procida (Columbia, Md./Wilde Lake) has been named to the Jewish Sports Review 2009 All-America College Women's Lacrosse First Team.
Procida, one of 12 first-team selections among players at the NCAA Division II and III levels, was third on the Bobcats with 55 ground balls and 22 caused turnovers while starting all 16 games. Procida also added two goals on the season including the game-winner in FSU's 18-4 victory over Medaille.
Frostburg State finished the season 7-9 overall this past spring. The Bobcats finished the season on a positive note with five wins in their final seven games.
