GIBSONIA, Pa. - The 2009-10 All-Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference teams have been announced and the Frostburg State University men's basketball team has placed two student-athletes on this year's squad. Junior Busha Koffa (Germantown, Md./Seneca Valley) was named to the first team while classmate Brian Anderson (Perry Hall, Md./Eastern Tech) was selected to the honorable mention list.

The duo helped the Bobcats to a 17-9 overall record and a second-straight trip to the AMCC Tournament semifinals. FSU, which lost to eventual champion Medaille in the semi's for the second-straight year, finished the season with five wins in their final six games and led the conference in scoring (78.6).

He scored in double-figures in 15 games this past season with five double-doubles. Anderson's honorable mention award is his second-consecutive all-conference honor after being named to the first team following last season. Anderson scored in double figures in 18 games, including a season-high 28 points in FSU's 106-93 win over Mt. Aloysius.

Medaille captured two of the four conference individual award winners as Keith Hack was named the league's Player of the Year while head coach Mike MacDonald was selected as the Coach of the Year. For the second-straight year, Medaille won the AMCC Tournament title earned a spot in the NCAA Tournament.

The other two individual awards went to Mike Williams of La Roche and Armond Perez of Mt. Aloysius. Williams was honored as the AMCC's Defensive Player of the Year while Perez was named the Newcomer of the Year.

This year's selections mark the final for FSU as a member of the AMCC as the Bobcats will join the Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) in 2010-11.
