She also tied her own mark for hits in a season (58) that she set last season as a sophomore.

Tapman, the 2010 AMCC Player of the Year, helped Frostburg State to a school record 30-16 overall record and its first-ever appearance in the NCAA Tournament. She led FSU in several offensive categories including batting average (.420), runs (41), total bases (99), hits (58), homeruns (9) and steals (22).

Neumann's Jen Goslin was selected as the ECAC South Player of the Year, Lauren Davis-Macedonia of Ursinus is the Pitcher of the Year and Cara Montferrat of Lebanon Valley was named the Rookie of the Year. Tapman joins Lauryn Weaver of Pitt-Bradford as the only representatives from the AMCC on the 2010 ECAC South team.
