FREDERICKSBURG, Va. – The Frostburg State women’s tennis team had its season come to an end Wednesday with a 9-0 loss to Mary Washington in the CAC Tournament semifinals.
Senior Megan Martin posted the closest finish in singles action with a 6-1, 6-2 loss to Lindsay Raulston at No. 1. The doubles teams of junior Amber Beckman and freshman Rachel Ober, along with freshmen Kayla Kirk and Kaitlin Lemmert both suffered 8-2 losses at No. 2 and No. 3, respectively.
The Bobcats end their season with an 8-9 overall record.
